Dr. Carmen I. Johnson-Martell DNP, FNP-C is a doctorally-prepared Nurse Practitioner (NP). She has been a primary care provider since August 2014 and received her doctorates as a NP in 2018 from Chatham University. Dr. Johnson-Martell has been in healthcare since 1999, treating patients from eighteen (18) months to the end of life. Her main purpose for acquiring her doctoral degree was so that she could be professionally prepared to address the rapid changes in healthcare, to understand the importance of quality improvement initiatives and innovative services, and so she could be a leading advocate for patients and the nursing profession.
She has dedicated her entire nursing career to serving vulnerable patient populations, which makes her an asset in starting a new clinic for the underserved. Giving back to the community because of the Love received from Jesus Christ has been her life’s calling. Her experiences in primary care, convenient care, long term care, acute care medical rehabilitation and physical therapy, palliative care, oncology, rheumatology, orthopedics, urology, pediatrics, and gastroenterology as a NP and as a nurse has prepared her for such a time as this. She has been in the medical field her entire life. She worked her way up the ladder from a home health assistant one (1) year to a certified nurse’s assistant five (5) years, to a licensed practical nurse two (2) years, to a registered nurse seven (7) years, and now to a family nurse practitioner with her DNP seven and a half (7.5) years. These 22.5 years have made her diverse in her medical experience highlighting her obtained credentials, and consequently the perfect candidate to start this clinic!
Mario Johnson is joyfully employed as an Emergency Department Registered Nurse and devoutly working for the Kingdom of God, Mario surrendered his heart to Christ Jesus in March 2020. He is a former active-duty US Naval Officer that engaged in multiple combat and humanitarian engagements worldwide, he is now repurposed to serve the Kingdom Mission. Experience that spans over 20 years of service in Federal, non-governmental, and community organizations in the United States and abroad with extensive training in multiple facets of emergency management, disaster preparedness and project mitigation. Proud husband of Dr. Carmen Johnson-Martell and father of 3 sons.
Eneida Sierra, LPC, NCC is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of PA and VA. She has 10 years of counseling experience. Eneida attended Chestnut Hill College in Philadelphia and completed a Bachelors (BA) Human Services and a minor in Psychology. Completed her Masters (MS) at Holy Family University in Counseling Psychology concentration in Marriage and Family. Eneida has had the experiences of working with individuals from age 5 to 70. She has provided counseling for individuals and families in Philadelphia, Fairless Hills, Pa, Trenton, NJ, Princeton, NJ and Hampton, VA. Along with being bilingual, Eneida has worked with many populations and is culturally diverse. Eneida has conducted assessment on individuals and has provided therapeutic interventions for depression, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, PTSD, working with the military, eating disorders, couples having relationship issues and traumas, domestic violence, grief and other concerns. In addition, have helped with addictions and grief groups. Eneida’s therapy modalities vary; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Holistic, Adlerian, Client Centered, Narrative, Strength Based, and Family Therapy.
Eneida has been a member of the Christian Chaplain in Victory, Inc., since 2009. Provided public service to the community such as transportation assistance, provide communion, visiting hospital, hospice visits, helped meet spiritual/emotional needs to patients and families, provide spiritual counseling during field visits (either telephone, personal or through supporting local clergy) and provide grief support.
These achievements are due to Eneida’s personal relationship with ABBA. Eneida has been serving the LORD the past 30 years. She feels that without His Love, support and Grace she would not be capable to do any of what she has completed. All honor, praise and thankfulness to God for all He has done.
