Compassionate care happens in a clean, welcoming, and safe environment.

ELIGIBILITY & INCOME VERIFICATION

Our medical program is accessible to uninsured individuals who adhere to federal poverty guidelines, supported by the generous contributions we receive.

To qualify for care:

  • You must have no active medical insurance. (Patients with Medicaid or private insurance must seek an alternative provider.)

  • You must verify income (pay stub or tax form) OR lack of income (social services letter).

  • Priority is given to individuals and families at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level.

Referral Exceptions

We gladly serve individuals referred by APPROVED partners who have verified eligibility, including:

  • Foster care programs
  • Recently released individuals from jail
  • Homeless shelters and transitional housing
  • School counselors or social workers
  • Faith-based outreach agencies

Our Focus

Our goal is to help those who cannot afford care and are uninsured. Due to limited funding, our focus remains on:
  • Unhoused individuals (veterans, domestic violence survivors, people facing mental illness or addiction)
  • Low-income and uninsured families
  • Marginalized groups (undocumented, battered women, runaways, and youth in crisis)
